Oliver Kremer

Oliver Kremer is the Founder and CEO of K-Recruiting Life Sciences, a personnel service provider connecting life sciences companies with freelancers, operating teams in Munich, Zurich, and San Diego. Under Oliver Kremer's leadership, K-Recruiting has achieved notable recognition, including the "Top SME Employer" award by FOCUS-BUSINESS, the QIAGEN Supplier Award for contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic, and multiple designations as a "Best Employer" by Great Place To Work. Oliver Kremer also initiated the K-Academy for employee development and launched the "Connecting Day" event series for networking industry experts. Additionally, Oliver Kremer is a member of YPO and has held various leadership roles at Hays prior to founding K-Recruiting, including Department Manager for Key Account Management in Life Sciences Contracting. Educationally, Oliver Kremer holds a Diplom in Media Economics from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln.
