Olivier Lemaitre

Olivier Lemaitre is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human capital solutions and recruitment. Currently serving as a YPO Member and forum moderator since 2014, Olivier contributes to a global network of influential business leaders. Previously, Olivier held the position of Regional Managing Director at Chaberton Professionals from September 2022 to August 2024, and served as Executive Vice President at ALTEN between 2020 and June 2022, where Olivier supported R&D and digital strategies. From 2018 to 2020, Olivier was Directeur Général at Adecco France, and from 1997 to 2018, held various significant roles at PageGroup, including Head of Continental Europe. Early career experience includes a Junior Controller role at RENAULT POLAND. Olivier's education includes Executive Education at IMD, Harvard Business School, and the School for CEO's, as well as a Master's degree in Finance & Economics from EBS Paris.
