Rebekah Hammond Dorworth

Rebekah Hammond Dorworth has extensive experience in leadership and government affairs, highlighted by a tenure as President of Kyra Solutions, Inc. from October 2014 to October 2023, where Rebekah was the first non-family member to hold that title in the company's 26-year history. Currently a member of YPO since January 2021, Rebekah has held various roles including Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Vice President of Government Relations at Kyra Solutions, as well as positions within the Florida Department of Transportation and the Florida House of Representatives, among others. Rebekah's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science from Florida State University.
