Simran Chandiramani

Simran Chandiramani, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Human Resources at YPO since August 2022. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at Omega Holdings from November 2020 to August 2022 and Human Resources Consultant at BasilTree Consulting from February 2019 to September 2020. Simran previously held positions as Human Resources Manager at Williams Lea and at Tech Mahindra, where responsibilities included serving as Human Resources Business Partner for Europe and Global Compensation & Benefits Specialist. Early career experience includes a role as Business Analyst at Hindustan Motors Ltd. Simran holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce.
