Tarek Bayaa

Tarek Bayaa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial leadership and audit management. Currently serving as Co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Bayzat since May 2015, Tarek focuses on enhancing employee experiences for businesses. As an Entrepreneur with Endeavor since July 2019 and YPO since August 2021, Tarek contributes to the high-impact entrepreneurship movement. Prior to these roles, Tarek spent over seven years at GE, holding positions as Global Projects Executive, Executive Audit Manager, Senior Audit Manager, Audit Manager, and Associate within Corporate Audit Staff. Tarek's diverse background includes leading global teams, implementing strategic initiatives, and developing leadership talent across multiple regions. Tarek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Software Engineering from McGill University, completed in 2007.
