Troy Marcus is the founder of Evergen Equity, LLC, and serves as a member of the Advisory Council for the Real Estate Finance Investment Center at The University of Texas. With prior experience as President of MIMCO, Inc. from 2011 to 2021, Troy has held various leadership roles within YPO, including Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Real Estate Industry Network. Troy is also an Advisory Board Member at Pennybacker Capital, LLC and has a background as a Financial/Investment Analyst at Thackeray Partners. Troy earned a degree from the Texas McCombs School of Business between 2006 and 2010.
