Youth Passion Project
Ethan Mendoza is a senior and the Human Resources Manager at the Youth Passion Project. As the Human Resources Manager, Ethan assists in organizing the hiring process for positions and manages post-application/onboarding processes. Alongside this position, Ethan has been an instructor for the Youth Passion Project for three years and will continue to serve as one till the end of this school year (The Art of Vocal Music and Technique). As a senior, Ethan is the Co-President for his school’s state-awarded mixed choir and the Co-Leader for one of the varsity ensembles. He is a three-year ranked TPSMEA All-State Choir Member and Region Member and performs at the Texas Renaissance Festival every fall. Aside from the Arts, he is the 2021 School Ambassador for the Hugh O’Brien Leadership Program. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music or having a quick picnic with his friends while the sun sets!

The Youth Passion Project (YPP) is devoted to providing a platform for younger learners to explore and find new interests. Our instructors teach unique classes in topics that they are truly passionate about, ranging from Positive Psychology to Technical Theatre to Modern Hebrew. Our distinct courses and community-based mission allow for a learning environment that is both exciting and educational for both students and instructors.
