Nicole Dardes

Nicole Dardes currently serves as the SVP Global Partnerships at YPrime, having joined the company in August 2024. Prior to this role, Dardes was the Sr. Vice President of CRO Sales at Advarra from May 2023 to March 2024 and held the position of Executive Director at Signant Health from October 2020 to May 2023, where oversight of the CRO Partnership Channel was a key responsibility. Dardes also worked for Almac Clinical Technologies from March 2001 to October 2020, progressing from Manager, Technical Solutions to Senior Director eCOA CRO Channel, focusing on system design and project management for clinical trial services. Dardes began a career in client development within Almac Clinical Technologies, effectively managing key client accounts from October 2008 to April 2011. Educationally, Dardes earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University between 1990 and 1995.
