Tom Verkest

Tom Verkest is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in ServiceNow and software development. Currently serving as the ServiceNow ITSM Product Owner at Ypto since August 2025, Tom previously held the position of Team Manager for Integration & ServiceNow at Barco from June 2022 to June 2025. Prior to that, Tom spent over a decade at KBC Bank & Verzekering as a Software Engineer from July 2011 to June 2022, and completed an internship focused on mobile application development at Televic in 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Application Development from Katholieke Hogeschool Kortrijk, completed in 2011, along with foundational studies at Sint Amandscollege Kortrijk and Sint Amandscollege Harelbeke.
