Komal Sai

Komal Sai is a Backend Engineer at Yral since January 2024, specializing in Rust and related technologies. Previously, Komal was a Recurser at the Recurse Center, focusing on Rust, Golang, and distributed systems. As a Senior Software Engineer at Interview Kickstart from November 2021 to December 2022, Komal worked on backend technologies such as Python and Golang, optimizing system design and performance. Komal co-founded Cognirel, where chatbot architecture and machine learning applications were developed before its acquisition by Dailyhunt. Experience at Flipkart involved software engineering with Python, Flask, and frontend technologies, while an internship at VMware included kernel programming in C++. Komal holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
