Sirpa Kilpeläinen has extensive experience as an entrepreneur, currently holding multiple roles at Eezy Oyj, Eezy Henkilöstöpalvelut, and Eezy Personnel since December 2019. With a focus on staffing, recruitment, coaching, and organizational development, Sirpa's work supports the success of both employees and employers across Finland, facilitating the employment of approximately 30,000 individuals annually.
