Tiina Latikka

Tiina Latikka is an experienced Development Manager in HR People at Valio since January 2020, emphasizing the importance of respect and depth in leadership. As an Executive Coach at Bridge Between People since August 2009, Tiina provides professional coaching services. Tiina serves on the growth entrepreneurs network's leadership team at Suomen Yrittäjät ry and is a local government member at Lammi Savings Bank. Previously, Tiina held the position of President of the Board at the Federation of Finnish Enterprises in the Riihimäki region from January 2015 to January 2020.
