Courri Brady, MBA, is a seasoned leadership strategist and executive coach with over 20 years of experience in developing inclusive and high-performing organizational cultures. They have held various pivotal roles, including Senior Director at Accenture and Director of Training and People Development at Paradigm Strategy Inc., where they focused on enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Courri has also contributed to the academic field as the Associate Director of Programs and Marketing at Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education. They are currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration at California State University, Chico, while holding multiple degrees from UCLA in Sociology and International Development Studies.
