Gerard Ellis

Gerard Ellis is a Senior Data Consultant at YSC Consulting, part of Accenture, and previously worked as a People Scientist at Hive HR. They have a Master's degree in Occupational and Organisational Psychology, attained with distinction, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Newcastle University, where they graduated with First Class Honors. Gerard presented research on job resources and graduate engagement at the Division of Occupational Psychology Annual Conference and has a strong commitment to mental health, evidenced by over 100 hours as a crisis volunteer for Shout textline. They have also raised over £5,500 for Movember through various challenges and served as the Welfare Officer for Newcastle University Rugby Football Club.
