Marieke Heerema

Marieke Heerema is an experienced theatre professional with a focus on training and direction. Since September 2021, Marieke has worked as a training actor at YSE and SKILLS, alongside a position as a training actress at Hogeschool Utrecht since November 2016. Previous roles include directing at Theaterschool Utrecht and serving as a training actress at Elisabeth-TweeSteden Ziekenhuis. Additionally, Marieke has been involved with Juvans s-Hertogenbosch, functioning as a training actor for aggression training. Educational background includes a Master in Theatre from Toneelacademie Maastricht and a degree in Creative Therapy, Dramatherapy from HAN University of Applied Sciences. Marieke's diverse experience also encompasses roles as a theatre teacher and project manager.
