Syamsul began their career in 2008 as a Research and Development Staff at PT Tirta Marta, followed by a role as Laboratory Supervisor at PT Astari Niagara International. In 2011, they joined PT Yuasa Battery Indonesia, where they held the positions of Process Engineering Section Head and Process Engineering Workshop Head.
