Jessica Sherman

Jessica Sherman (Hults) is an accomplished recruitment professional with a focus on design and technical roles. Currently serving as the Lead Design Recruiter at Robinhood since September 2025, Jessica previously held the position of Recruiting Manager for Design, Research, and Product at Coinbase from December 2020 to September 2025. Prior experience includes Lead Design Recruiter at Lyft and Technical Recruiter roles at LendUp and The Sourcery. Jessica also worked as a Technical Sourcer for Uber and Anaplan, demonstrating expertise in sourcing and recruiting top talent in the tech industry.
