Karthik Ranganathan

Karthik Ranganathan is the Founder & CTO of Yugabyte and has extensive experience in diverse technical roles at companies such as Nutanix, Facebook, Netsuite Inc, Microsoft Corporation, and Optimization Alternatives Inc. Karthik holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and an M.S. in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin. Karthik has worked on a variety of challenging problems at scale, including making HBase a reliable, zero-data loss store at Facebook.
