Shruthi Nagaraj

Shruthi Nagaraj is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently leading recruitment efforts at Yugabyte since April 2021, providing strategic hiring advice to leadership. Previous roles include Manager of University Relations at Nutanix, Manager of Talent Acquisition at Covance, and University Relations lead in the APAC region at NetApp. Shruthi has also served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Oracle and Infosys and began their career as a Tax Analyst at Ernst & Young. Currently enrolled in the Executive General Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Shruthi holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Oxford College of Science, Bangalore.
