Glover Young Jr.

Glover Young Jr. has a diverse work experience in the facilities and maintenance field. Glover started their career as a Maintenance Technician at Toyota in 2010 and worked there until 2013. In 2013, they joined American Campus Communities as a Maintenance Technician and stayed there until 2015. Glover then worked as a Maintenance Supervisor at Ambling Management Company for a few months in 2015. In 2016, Glover joined Preferred Campus Management as a Service Manager and held this position until 2022. In 2022, they became an Area Facilities Specialist at Yugo and worked there until 2023. Glover later became a Regional Facilities Manager at Yugo for a brief period in 2023. Glover is currently employed at Yugo as the East Facilities Director, starting in March 2023.

Glover Young Jr. obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician from Lincoln College of Technology in 2012. Glover then went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Georgia from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their degrees, they also hold various certifications, including being a Water Restoration Technician certified by the IICRC in 2020, an Electrical Systems Technician certified by NCCER in 2012, a Section 608 EPA Certification Program for Stationary HVACR Systems and Equipment certified by Mainstream Engineering Corporation in 2008, and a Certified Pool & Spa Operator certified by Aquatic Facility Training & Consultants in 2018.
