Savannah Fernandes

Savannah Fernandes, MS, currently serves as General Manager at Yugo since July 2024, following a tenure as Property Manager at Pennrose from August 2022 to June 2024, where a 171-unit, new construction property achieved 95% occupancy under supervision. Previously, Savannah held the role of Property Manager at Klingbeil Capital Management from January 2020 to July 2022, effectively managing an 85-unit luxury apartment community and achieving high occupancy rates while receiving recognition for income optimization strategies. Savannah's extensive experience in property management also includes roles as Assistant Property Manager and various customer service positions. Academic achievements include a Master of Science in Sport Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Administration, both from the University of Cincinnati.
