About the Role

This job listing is part of our proactive recruitment process, designed to build a pipeline of talented sales professionals who are interested in future career opportunities at YuJa Inc. At this time, we are not hiring for a Business Development Representative (BDR) position. However, by joining our talent pool, you’ll be among the first to be contacted when relevant opportunities open.

Our Business Development team members are at the forefront of our growth, responsible for building lasting relationships with clients, identifying and creating value, and helping to drive revenue by prospecting new clients.

As a member of our business development talent pool, your future responsibilities may include:

  • Prospect and develop a pipeline of qualified leads via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to relevant individuals and organizations

  • Schedule qualified, online demonstrations on a consistent basis, with monthly bonuses awarded for exceeding your goals

  • Partner with Account Executives to support sales cycle success and drive urgency

  • Use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate account details and contact information

  • Regular training on Sales, CRM, Target Markets, Product Knowledge, and more

  • Opportunities to participate in company projects that support efficient company growth

  • For strong performers, there is a potential opportunity to advance your career and learn the necessary skills to move into a closing-role

About You

We’re interested in connecting with candidates who may have:

  • A deep interest in performance-based roles

  • Relevant work experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role
