Brooke Schepker

Brooke Schepker has extensive experience in the field of e-Learning and instructional design. Brooke currently holds the position of Chief Design Officer at Yukon Learning, a role they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, they served as Executive Vice President at the same company from 2015 to 2021. In their previous role as Senior Vice President from 2011 to 2015, they built and managed a highly successful custom e-Learning design and development team. From 2001 to 2007, Brooke served as an Instructional Design & LMS Specialist at the Virginia Department of Taxation. Brooke utilized their expertise in adult learning theories and user interface design to develop course content for computer-based and instructor-led training programs. Brooke also served as the primary administrator for the agency's Web-based Learning Management System.

Earlier in their career, Brooke worked as a Training & Development Consultant at Venturi Technology Partners, where they developed web-based training programs and collaborated with subject matter experts to create user documentation for Fortune 500 companies. Brooke also worked as a Technical Writer & eLearning Developer at Elliptus Technologies, Inc, where they developed eLearning programs and saved the company $500,000 in consultant fees.
