Cynthia Troyer

Cynthia Troyer is an experienced education professional and property manager with a diverse background. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher for Yukon Public Schools since April 2023, Cynthia supports the teaching of content by working with individuals and groups. Previously, from August 2009 to May 2021, Cynthia worked as a Substitute Teacher for North Orange County Regional Occupational Program, where responsibilities included presenting lessons, supervising aides, and maintaining student records. Additionally, Cynthia managed residential properties at TELACU Residential Management and Pan American Properties, Inc., demonstrating strong leadership and exceptional sales skills, resulting in high occupancy rates and increased revenue. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from California State University, Fullerton.
