Ilyas Avci

Ilyas Avci is a seasoned tunnel engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Tunnel Engineer at Yüksel Proje since April 2024, Ilyas previously worked as a Tunnel Control Engineer at PROYAPI MÜHENDİSLİK MÜŞAVIRLIK A.Ş. from September 2021 to July 2024. Additionally, Ilyas has held positions at temelsu as a Tunnel Control Engineer and at Yüksel Proje from August 2012 to October 2021, where responsibilities included serving as Chief Engineer for Tunnel Construction and Maintenance as well as Tunnel Chief Engineer.
