Louis Caron has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to 2022. Louis is currently working as a Project Director at YULCOM Technologies. Prior to this, they served as a Research Assistant in Business Internationalization at Université Laval. In 2020, they worked in Sales and Business Development at Lactalis International, and in 2019, they held the position of Retail Sales and Trade Marketing Executive at the same company. In 2018, Louis was the President of the Student Union at EM Normandie Business School, where they managed a team, coordinated various departments, and organized events. Louis also worked as a Feasibility and Market Research Officer at L'univers NOZ and completed internships in project management and communication at Flo&Co. Additionally, they had employment experience as an Employee at Action BV and as a Host at ACTUAL Carrière.

Louis Caron began their education in 2013 at Lycée Douanier Rousseau, where they pursued a Baccalauréat degree in the field of ES. This program lasted until 2015. In 2015, Louis Caron enrolled at EM Normandie Business School for an unspecified degree and field of study, which continued until 2021. During their time at EM Normandie Business School, Louis Caron participated in an exchange semester at Ateneo de Manila University in 2019, focusing on international trade. In 2016, Louis Caron attended California State University, Los Angeles, studying Business Administration for a brief period. Most recently, in 2020, Louis Caron pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Gestion internationale des affaires from Université Laval.

Additionally, Louis Caron obtained several certifications throughout their educational journey. In December 2020, they completed the "Design Thinking and Creativity for Innovation" certification from edX. In January 2020, they obtained a TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) score of 960. In 2015, Louis Caron received an Aeronautics Initiation Certificate from the FFA (Fédération Française Aéronautique).
