Marina Domina

Marina Domina has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Marina started their career as an IT-Recruiter at "IT Recruitment Solutions" Company in 2012. Marina then joined ELYLAND Investment Company Limited in 2013, where they initially worked as an HR-generalist, handling various HR responsibilities such as monitoring staffing needs, driving recruitment strategies, providing consulting support to employees, and developing internal policies. Marina was promoted to the role of Head of HR department in July 2016 and held that position until December 2018. In 2019, they joined Frag Lab as an HR-Generalist.
