Volodymyr Kapustin has had a diverse range of work experience in the gaming industry. Volodymyr started their career as a Concept Artist at DragonFly Studio in 2008. Volodymyr then became a Lead Artist at Vogat Interactive in 2009, where they were responsible for concept sketching and final scene production for various Hidden Object games. After that, Kapustin joined Wargaming.net in 2011, first as a Lead Artist and later as a Senior Designer. During this time, they contributed to the development of various games. In 2017, Kapustin joined Frag Lab as a Principal Game Designer, leading a team in the development of a fast-paced free-to-play hero shooter. Their main focus was on AI systems, dynamic difficulty system design, and prototyping various game systems and mechanics.
From 2002 to 2007, Volodymyr Kapustin attended the Kazakh British Technical University, where they pursued a bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
