David Shearman

David Shearman is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in the employee wellbeing sector. Currently serving as Head of Large Case Sales & Key Accounts Team at YuLife since February 2021, David oversees a high-performing team focused on strategic large case opportunities. Previously, as Wellbeing & Engagement Sales Team Director at YuLife, David led the direct-to-market strategy for SMEs to Enterprise clients. David's prior roles include UK/Global Sales Team Manager and Director of Business Development at LifeWorks, where significant contributions included the launch of new services and managing large partnerships, notably with Unum. Early career experience includes positions at Ceridian, Sodexho, and various recruitment firms, with a foundation in talent management and recruitment. David holds a degree from the University of West London.
