Josh Hart is the Co-Founder and Chief Product & Technology Officer at yulife. Prior to yulife, Josh was a Founding Partner at Chelsea Apps Factory from March 2012 to November 2016. At Chelsea Apps Factory, Josh was responsible for the day to day of consulting and developing business, reporting into the CEO. Josh also built the team which led to an award winning, industry leading, Mobile first business.

During their time at Chelsea Apps Factory, Josh oversaw the daily operations of executives (CTO & HoDs), defined the company culture and vision, and lead employees to encourage performance. Josh also assisted Business Development, doubled revenue, and managed relationships with partners and vendors. In addition, Josh led go to market approaches for service offerings, implemented Agile (Scrum), Lean Start Up, Innovation Labs, and Mobile Centres of Excellence. Josh also spoke at events about mobile and digital as an Industry thought leader.

Some of the key programmes that Josh worked on include Lean Innovation Labs for Ladbrokes and Standard Life, Agile//SCRUM Continuous Development Cells for Waitrose and KPMG, and Agile//SCRUM Software Development for Kantar and Gaumann Thistle Hotels.

Under Josh’s leadership, Chelsea Apps Factory grew from 15 to over 100 employees with YoY revenue growth of 105% (since it started). The company’s annualised revenue also increased from £500k to £12m.

They are on a team with Steve Harry - CFO, Lauren Berkemeyer - VP, Marketing, and Shay Khosrowshahi - Head of Revenue Operations. Some direct reports include Daniel S. - Head of DevOps & Performance, Rob Savage - Head of Product Management. Their manager is Sammy Rubin, Co-Founder & CEO.
