Matt Doltis

Matt Doltis is the Head of Data at yulife. Matt has over seven years of experience working in data and analytics across a range of industries.

Matt started their career as a Data & Analytics Consultant at Atos in 2012. There, they worked with clients to help them harness the available data from all sources and derive insight. Matt was also awarded Consultant of the Year in 2013 and 2014. In 2014, Matt moved to KPMG to continue their work as a Senior Data & Analytics Consultant. During their time at KPMG, Matt worked with numerous FTSE 250 companies to deliver data-driven transformation projects. In 2017, Matt was headhunted by yulife to lead their data team.

At yulife, Matt oversees a team of data scientists and analysts who are responsible for deriving insights from customer data to improve customer experience and drive business growth. Under Matt’s leadership, the team has won multiple awards for their work, including the prestigious Grand Prix Award at the 2019 UK Data Mining Competition.

Matt Doltis has a corporate diploma in information management from the University of Derby. Matt also has a computer science and management Jht Hons from the University of Nottingham. Matt is certified from Oracle in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition 11g Certified Implementation Specialist.

They are on a team with Lauren Berkemeyer - VP, Marketing, Jaco Oosthuizen - Co-Founder & Chief Insurance Officer, and Cali Gold - Head of People. Matt Doltis reports to Sammy Rubin, Co-Founder & CEO.
