Anish Puri

Anish Puri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business strategy and finance within the quick-service restaurant industry, currently serving as the Director of Business Strategy and Transformation for KFC at Yum! Brands since January 2019. In this role, Anish focuses on strategizing brand growth and implementing performance improvement initiatives. Previous positions at KFC include Director and Associate Director of Finance Strategy and Business Planning, and Head of Market Planning & Real Estate, where Anish was pivotal in establishing a tech-driven market planning platform and significantly accelerating restaurant development across South Asia. Prior to Yum! Brands, Anish held the position of Head & Senior Director of Retail Consulting at JLL, where a dedicated retail advisory practice was established and grew substantially over a decade. Anish holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from FORE School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning from the School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi.
