Caitlyn Dickie

Caitlyn Dickie is an experienced professional in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as Associate Manager of FSQA at Yum! Brands since February 2025. Previously, Caitlyn held the position of Quality Assurance & Food Safety Lead at KFC Canada from August 2020 to February 2025. Earlier roles include Quality Control Manager and Supervisor at Agropur, and Quality Assurance Specialist at KFC Canada. Caitlyn also worked as Food Safety & Quality Assurance Team Lead at Maple Leaf Foods Inc., where Caitlyn played a key role in a major transformation project. Caitlyn's career began as a Senior HACCP Coordinator at Scotsburn Dairy Ice Cream Company. Caitlyn holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science from Dalhousie University and previously studied at Saint Mary's University.
