Jennifer Scott-Thompson

Jennifer Scott-Thompson serves as the Vice President of Operations at Spark Restaurants since April 2023 and as a Franchise Operations Consultant at Yum! Brands since July 2017. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Area Coach at Taco Bell from 2015 to July 2017 and worked as an Area Sales Manager for Mass Accounts at Snyders-Lance Inc from August 2011 to March 2015. Earlier roles include District Sales Leader positions at Frito Lay Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing significant sales volumes, leading teams, and developing sales strategies. The professional journey also includes experience as an Insurance Agent and Funeral Director Trainee.
