Jim Heatherly

Jim Heatherly, MBA, has extensive experience in financial systems management, payroll, and accounting, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Global Financial Systems and previously as Sr. Manager of Payroll & HR Administration at Yum! Brands since September 2014. Responsibilities encompass management of payroll operations for approximately 45,000 employees, vendor relationship management, and collaboration on system enhancements. Prior to his current role, Jim held the position of Controller at Long John Silver's, overseeing accounting operations and financial reporting, and contributed over 13 years in various accounting roles at Yum! Brands. Jim began his career as an Accountant at Park Community Federal Credit Union and has a solid foundation in finance, holding an MBA and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Louisville.
