Naiara de León

Naiara De León currently serves as the Chief Talent & Center of Excellence Officer at Yum! Brands, a position held since September 2025, where responsibilities include leading the operationalization of the People & Culture function and overseeing Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition Centers of Excellence. Prior to this role, Naiara De León spent nearly 15 years at Bain & Company, progressing through various positions from Associate Consultant to Senior Partner. Education includes an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey, along with an Erasmus semester at Jönköping University.
