Russ Hawkins

Russ Hawkins is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in cloud solutions and applications architecture. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Software Development at Yum! Brands, Russ has successfully reduced service incidents for back-of-house systems in nearly 4,000 KFC US restaurants. Previously, at Humana, Russ held multiple key positions, including Principal Cloud Solutions Engineer, where a cloud-based identity mastering solution was developed that achieved significant cost savings. Noteworthy achievements include drastically improving authentication times and enhancing enterprise API performance.
