Shannon Garcia is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leading global operations and strategy for prominent brands in the food and beverage industry. As President and Chief Operating Officer of Pizza Hut at Yum! Brands since October 2022, Shannon oversees operations across over 90 markets, focusing on enhancing guest and team member experiences. Prior to this role, Shannon served as the Global Chief Operating & Digital + Technology Officer, driving digital transformation and omnichannel strategies for Pizza Hut. With a tenure at Starbucks from 2015 to 2022, Shannon held several key leadership positions, including President of Siren Retail, where strategic initiatives were implemented to elevate customer and partner experiences across thousands of retail stores. Shannon's career also includes significant achievements at Darden, where leadership spanned multiple departments, resulting in recognition for innovative practices and enhanced company performance. Shannon holds a degree in Mass Communications from Campbell University and further education from Medaille University and Stanford University's Directors’ College.
