Andy Shi

Andy SHI has extensive work experience in the field of IT services and professional services. Andy started their career in 1991 as a teacher and senior engineer at East China University of Science and Technology. Andy then worked at NCR as a professional service from 1999 to 2006. Since 2006, they have been working at YumChina as a Director of IT Service.

Andy Shi earned a Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology between 1988 and 1991. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) from Red Hat in 2020, ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition and ITIL4 Managing Professional from PeopleCert in 2020, CCNA from Cisco in 2018, ITIL Expert from APMG International in 2017, and PMP from Project Management Institute in 2005. Andy also holds certifications in Personal Fitness Trainer, COBIT, Registered Coordinator, PRINCE2 Practitioner, and ISO27001 Lead Auditor obtained in different years.
