Serena Zhou

Serena Zhou has a diverse and extensive work experience. Serena started their career as an Assistant to the GM in the Shenzhen Office of a company called Huahai Creative Co., Ltd in 2001. Serena then joined Unilever in 2006 as an HR Business Partner, where they held the role for almost 9 years. Afterwards, Serena worked at Cheil Worldwide as a Senior HR Manager from November 2014 to May 2015. Serena then joined Smiths Medical as an HR Manager from May 2015 to March 2017. Currently, Serena is an HR Associate Director at Yum China, a position they have held since March 2017.

Serena Zhou earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from China University of Mining and Technology from 1997 to 2001. Serena then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Management Science from East China University of Science and Technology from 2005 to 2008.
