Sophia Yu

Sophia YU has a diverse background in HR management and consulting. Their most recent role was as HR VP at Yum China, where they started in April 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Coca-Cola Bottling Investment Group in various HR positions, including HR GM and Group HR Director. Sophia also has experience in HR management at PepsiCo and Philips. Before entering the corporate world, Sophia worked as a Training & Consulting Business Manager at E&PC Management Consulting.

Sophia YU completed their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Donghua University in 1999. Later, in 2003-2004, they pursued an International MBA at emlyon business school.
