Muthu Subramanian

Muthu Subramanian currently serves as Managing Director and General Manager at Yuma Energy, focusing on building a Battery as a Service company aimed at enhancing sustainable and affordable mobility since July 2023. Prior to this role, Muthu Subramanian held multiple significant positions at Magna International from December 2006 to June 2023, culminating as Sr. Director & Global Lead for Engineering, where responsibilities included overseeing global engineering and technological strategies for New Mobility products addressing urban challenges. Muthu Subramanian's extensive experience encompasses roles in advanced engineering, product strategy, and team leadership, alongside a strong technical background in structural analysis and automotive engineering, supported by an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University and a Bachelor's degree from Bharathiar University.
