Daniela Calderón

Daniela Calderón is an experienced professional in people operations and talent management, currently serving as the People Operations Lead at Yuno since October 2024 and as a Learning Facilitator for Blum since May 2024. With a background as Head of People at Sumer, a Colombian e-commerce startup, Daniela has successfully implemented organizational culture strategies and employer branding initiatives. Previous roles include Senior HRBP at Pulpo, facilitating HR processes across multiple countries, and various positions at Quala S.A., focusing on employee wellbeing, talent acquisition, and organizational design. Daniela began the career in talent acquisition at Banco Davivienda and Talent Solutions Group, building a strong foundation in recruitment and human resources. Daniela holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and is currently pursuing a specialization in HR Digital Management, Recruitment, and People Analytics at Universidad Nebrija.
