Mary Rubin

Mary Rubin has over 20 years of experience in executive assistance and office management. Mary began their career in 1997 as a Meeting Planner & Sr. Admin Assistant for META Group. In 2007, they moved to The Training Associates as a Skilled Executive Assistant / Executive Admin. In 2010, they joined Aspen Aerogels as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. Mary then moved to ZRG Partners, LLC in 2013 as an Office Manager / Marketing Assistant, where they organized annual senior leadership summit and global sales meetings. In 2017, they joined Beechwood Hotel as an Executive Assistant to the General Manager. Most recently, in 2021, Mary began working at Yurogen Biosystems LLC as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.

Mary Rubin attended Aquinas College in Grand Rapids from 1982 to 1984, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Legal Studies.
