Jennifer Anelli

Jennifer Anelli has extensive work experience in human resources, primarily in logistics companies. Jennifer worked at Yusen Logistics (Americas) Inc. as the SVP Human Resources from June 2021 to the present, and as the VP Human Resources from January 2018 to June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Kuehne + Nagel, where they held various roles including VP HR Systems - North America from January 2016 to December 2017, VP Human Resources for the Canadian organization from February 2015 to December 2015, and Sr. Director, Employee Services from January 2008 to January 2015. Jennifer also had earlier experience at Kuehne + Nagel (Formerly USCO Logistics), where they served as the Manager of Recruitment from August 2000 to August 2002.

Jennifer Anelli attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Additionally, they obtained various certifications throughout their career, including "Skills for Inclusive Conversations" and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn in June 2020, "Tony Schwartz on Managing Your Energy for Sustainable High Performance" from LinkedIn in February 2019, and "GPHR" from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2014.
