Jessica Mercado has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Manager at Yusen Logistics (Americas) Inc. since May 2011. Previous roles include Sr. Compensation Analyst and HR & HRIS Compliance Specialist at the same company, as well as Medical Records Coordinator at Essex County Correctional from September 2010 to May 2011. Early in their career, Jessica held the position of Human Resources Specialist at Allied Barton Security from February 2007 to March 2010.
