Dakisha Allen, MBA, MHA has a diverse work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Dakisha started their career as a Deal Manager/Closer at JPMorgan Chase Bank, where they analyzed performance reports, reviewed loan documentation, and collaborated with different stakeholders. Dakisha then moved on to JPMorgan Chase as a Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager, where they applied project reporting and controls, and performed data extraction and reporting using SQL and Crystal Reports.

Allen worked as an Applications Analyst at The Methodist Hospital, where they analyzed system requirements, designed system enhancements, and developed implementation plans. Dakisha also served as a Client Administrator at AlteraMed Group, LLC, managing practice operations and implementing workflow processes to improve efficiencies.
