Luis A. Luciani

Luis A. Luciani is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the staffing and consulting sector. Since 2000, Luis has served as the Chief Executive Officer of ASAP Venezuela, overseeing a leading staffing services firm that operates 10 offices across major Venezuelan cities and serves over 200 clients. Additionally, Luis holds directorial roles at BPO LATAM and ASAP Canada Staffing, and serves as a partner at ASAP Services, LLC, specializing in staffing, payroll, recruiting, and HR consulting. Luis is also a board member for Empresas Y&V, Cybertech Projects, and Eurociencia Costa Rica, contributing to major operations in medical equipment distribution in LATAM. Earlier in the career, Luis was President of Tecnoconsult from 1986 to 2000. Educationally, Luis holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, as well as an undergraduate degree from Universidad Metropolitana.
