Rebekah Getman is an experienced academic and program manager with a strong focus on research, education, and social equity. Currently serving as a Senior Research Program Manager at UMass Chan Medical School and a Consultant for YW Boston, Rebekah designs data collection and analysis infrastructure for evaluating DEI initiatives. Prior roles include significant contributions to Northeastern University College of Social Sciences and Humanities in research management and instruction, with notable projects such as a mixed methods study on childbirth decision-making during COVID-19. Rebekah's teaching experience spans Harvard College and Harvard International Negotiation Program, where exceptional student evaluations reflect effectiveness in fostering critical thinking. With advanced degrees from Northeastern University, Harvard Graduate School of Education, and Harvard University, Rebekah possesses a robust educational background in sociology and higher education.

We accomplish our work through DEI services, youth development, advocacy, and events, helping organizations shift their demographic structure towards greater diversity and inclusion at all levels. Ultimately, we strive to drive systemic change and measurable improvement in gender and racial equity in Boston.
