Tina Nguyen is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in managing various administrative functions. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at YW Boston since January 2020, Tina oversees recruitment, onboarding, accounting, benefits administration, and technology, among other duties. Prior to that, Tina was Operations Manager at Boston University, providing advanced administrative support within the Digital Learning and Innovation Office. Tina's background includes technical support as a HelpDesk Technician at Boston University and leadership roles in student organizations, including Vice President of the Vietnamese Student Association and the Feminist Majority Leadership Alliance. Tina holds a Master of Science in Global Marketing Management from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Women's, Gender, and Sexualities Studies from Brandeis University.
